How long for delivery?
Art Work - pre made pieces will be dispatched with 2 working days and should be with you within 7 working days. If you haven’t heard from us within 10 working days please email jamiehaddowillustration@gmail.com
Products - all our printed products are produced by a third party [twofifteen.co.uk] once ordered, goods will be shipped within 7 working days and should be with you shortly after. Please allow up to 14 days before you contact us about a missing order. You can email jamiehaddowillustration@gmail.com
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we only ship to addresses in the UK.
Can I return and item?
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however if there is a problem please do not hesitate to contact us at jamiehaddowillustration.co.uk
REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind, have ordered the wrong size, or just no longer want your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your goods to request a return, no questions asked.
Goods MUST be in resale-able condition and in the original packaging (or a suitable alternative) and proof of purchase provided.
Please note: buyers are responsible for return postage. To request a return please email jamiehaddowillustration@gmail.com
Please note that custom products are not eligible for refund.
If your item is faulty, or damaged, you do not need to return it, and a full refund will be given. Please contact jamiehaddowillustration@gmail.com
Please provide photographic proof of fault or damage.
